ConfirmRoute is an independent AI-powered railway information and software platform. It provides PNR status analysis, live train tracking, seat availability intelligence, journey planning, and developer API/MCP services. ConfirmRoute does not sell, book, issue, or process railway tickets. Any ticket purchase is completed independently through an authorised railway booking channel.
When do daily search limits reset?
Daily limits for Guest (5 searches) and Free accounts (10 searches) reset every night at exactly 00:00 Indian Standard Time (IST / UTC+5:30).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely! Within the first 168 hours, you can claim your usage-based refund with 1-click in your account. After 168 hours, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time without penalty, keeping full paid access until your current billing period expires.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are securely processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways. We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Netbanking for one-time payments and secure subscriptions.
How do AI Request and MCP Credit Add-ons work?
Active paid subscribers can top up extra capacity on-demand anytime. For Traveler: Basic allows up to +1k AI requests (min +50) and Pro allows up to +2.5k. For Developer: Basic allows up to +5k MCP credits (min +500) and Pro allows up to +10k. Add-ons never expire as long as your paid plan remains active.

If you decide ConfirmRoute is not right for you within 7 × 24 hours (exact 168 hours from purchase), you can request a refund directly from your account. Refunds are evaluated proportionally based on quota consumed: 0%–10% usage receives a 100% gross refund (scaled down to 20% for 40%–50% usage; subject to a nominal payment gateway fee of 2.5%, frozen at checkout; forfeited if >50% quota is consumed). Official Credit Notes and refund receipts are automatically issued.
What is the difference between Traveler and Developer plans?
Traveler Plans (Guest, Free, Basic, Pro) give you access to the ConfirmRoute AI web chat — ask questions about PNR status, seat availability, train schedules, and 2-leg routes directly in your browser. These plans do not include MCP API keys.
Developer MCP Plans (Free, Basic, Pro) give you programmatic API access via cr_live_* API keys that connect all Indian Railways tools directly into Cursor IDE, Claude Desktop, LangChain, and any MCP-compatible client. These are separate from Traveler plans and can be subscribed independently or together.
