ConfirmRoute operates strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital information technology platform. We provide AI-assisted railway timetable analysis, 2-leg transfer route calculation, and remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) developer API tools.

All services, subscription access tiers, AI query quotas, and developer API credentials provided by ConfirmRoute are purely digital and intangible software services. No physical products, tangible media, paper documents, or train tickets are manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline & Process

1. Immediate Electronic Fulfillment: Upon successful payment verification by our certified payment aggregators, paid subscriptions, search credits, and API keys are provisioned immediately (typically within 5 to 60 seconds).

2. Account Crediting: Your upgraded search quota and feature access are automatically reflected in your active ConfirmRoute account dashboard without requiring any physical intervention or manual waiting period.

3. Tax Invoice & Payment Confirmation: A digital order confirmation receipt containing your transaction reference and statutory GST tax invoice is electronically dispatched to your registered email address immediately following payment settlement.

3. No Physical Dispatch & Zero Shipping Charges

Because all services offered on ConfirmRoute are 100% digital software goods, there are NO physical shipping charges, handling fees, or customs duties associated with any plan or subscription.

Customers will never be asked to pay shipping, postal, courier, or delivery fees for accessing ConfirmRoute services.

4. Delivery Failure, Delays & Resolution

In rare instances where upstream network latency, internet banking delays, or webhook dropouts prevent immediate electronic quota provisioning after funds have been debited:

• Automated Reconciliation: Our webhook listener automatically reconciles pending transactions with the payment gateway within 5 to 15 minutes.

• Manual Support Escalation: If your subscription is not active within 15 minutes of payment, please contact our support desk at [email protected] or our customer helpline with your transaction reference or Order ID.

• Prompt Resolution: Our support engineering team will verify the payment log and activate your credits or issue a full refund within 24 hours.

5. Statutory Disclaimers on Rail Ticketing

ConfirmRoute does not issue, deliver, or mail physical or electronic railway tickets. For official Indian Railways ticket booking and PNR generation, users must transact directly with the authorized IRCTC ticketing portal or IRCTC-licensed partners.
